Summary: A nice hotel, but no charm. The hotel looks like a place you would find in the the suburbs in Dallas, Texas. Clean, white, not old world charm or character. Great place for American's if you don't want to experience the world.

Summary: We arrived with an anxious 9yr old at 430pm to be told that we cant access the pool because you need to reserve pool times. Instead we sat in the scalding hot room for the night with non-functioning air conditioning and a staff that refused to come to the room to help. We wouldve booked elsewhere and wont return.

Summary: Haven in busy Napoli. Friendly, helpful staff and top spec clean rooms. Easy road access but at least fifteen minutes walk/funicular to get to cafes, shops etc. Book spa access slot in advance (free to guests), had it all to ourselves for 45 mins, which is nice, but they only switch it on as per bookings, so steam room and jacuzzi were not very warm when we used it.
